Who publishes this
Screenshot Inbox is one product of Udaan Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an independent software company that builds its own products and builds for other people.
The relevant thing about a company for someone deciding whether to buy a twenty-two-dollar utility is usually just this: will it still be here next year, and is there anyone to email. Udaan Technologies has been shipping software for other businesses long enough to fund its own products without outside investment, and support goes to a person rather than a queue.
The day-to-day work on Screenshot Inbox — the design, the code, the support replies — is done by one engineer inside that company. Both things are true at once, and neither is the interesting part; the interesting part is on the features page.
Other products
They share an engineering team and very little else. Nothing about Screenshot Inbox is connected to any of them: no shared account, no shared analytics, no data passing between them. There is nothing to pass — this one collects nothing.

For support, support@screenshotinbox.com is faster than the company address — see Contact for which inbox to use when.
Who sells you the software
The licence is granted by Udaan Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and the licence terms are with them. The payment itself is taken by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which makes them the seller for tax purposes and puts your invoice in their name. Both facts matter for a refund, so both are stated in the refund policy too.

Screenshot Inbox, its name, its interface and the contents of this website are © 2026 Udaan Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. The two open-source libraries that ship inside the application carry their own copyright, reproduced in full on the acknowledgements page.
Press and reviewers: screenshots, the icon and the boilerplate are free to use without asking. The press kit says so formally.
