Some app did an empty state beautifully. You screenshotted it. That was two months and six hundred captures ago, and you have no idea what it was called or when you took it — only that the copy said something about starting fresh.

Search for "start" and it comes back, because the words in that empty state are indexed like any other text.

The overlay opens over whatever app you're in. Type a fragment you half-remember, and the match is highlighted on the image itself — because the text inside the screenshot is real, indexed text.

What you get

Search by the words in the designInterface screenshots are full of text — labels, headings, button copy, empty states. That text is the index, so you can find a design by something it said.
Filter by the app it came fromRecorded from window metadata at capture time, not guessed from pixels. "Everything I grabbed from Linear" is one click.
Drag straight into FigmaResults act as a normal drag source, so retrieval flows directly into the tool you're working in.

"What about screenshots with no text at all?"

An illustration, a colour study, a photograph — the app stores them, marks "no text found" as a normal result rather than an error, and keeps them findable by date, source app and your own tags. You lose text search on those specific captures and nothing else. Being honest about it: if your reference library is mostly wordless imagery, a dedicated visual tool like Eagle will serve you better than this one.
