Refund policy

The whole policy
Within 30 days of purchase, emailsupport@screenshotinbox.com and ask for a refund. You'll get one. You don't have to give a reason and I won't try to talk you out of it.
Why it's this simple
There's a 14-day trial with nothing held back, so you can find out whether this works for you before paying anything. If you paid and then discovered it doesn't fit, that's a failure of my description rather than a mistake you should be charged for.
A refund request is also the most useful message I get. If you tell me what went wrong I'll read it carefully — but the refund doesn't depend on you telling me.
How it works
- Email from the address you bought with, or include your order number.
- Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, back to the original payment method.
- It typically takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- Your licence key stops working for new activations once refunded. An already-activated Mac isn't remotely disabled — but please stop using it.
After 30 days
Write anyway. If the app genuinely doesn't do what this site says it does, the date isn't the point and I'd rather refund you than have you feel misled. Outside that, 30 days is the line.
Please don't chargeback first
A chargeback costs me a fee on top of the refund and takes months to resolve, and you'll get your money back faster by emailing me. If you've written and heard nothing in three working days, write again — it means the message went astray, not that I'm ignoring you.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country, and does not limit them.
