Lost your key?

It happens constantly and it's easy to fix. Nothing about your library is affected — a lost key means one activation step, not lost screenshots.

Have it sent again

Email support@screenshotinbox.comfrom the address you bought with, or tell me the address you used and roughly when. I'll send the key back.

It's also in your original purchase email from Lemon Squeezy — search your inbox for "Screenshot Inbox" before writing, including spam.

Already activated on another Mac?

Then you don't need the key on that machine — activation is perpetual and survives updates. You only need it again when setting up a new Mac or after a clean reinstall.

Bought a new Mac?

Install the app, paste the same key, press Activate. There's no device limit to release and no deactivation step on the old machine.
